Sachs received advanced training in retinal surgery and preformed clinical research during his fellowship in Retina Vitreous Surgery at Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Sachs received training in eye surgery and performed his residency program in Ophthalmology at Montefiore Medical Center in the Bronx, NY, where he served as chief resident. He completed his internship at Hartford Hospital in Hartford, CT.ĭr. He received his medical degree from New York University School of Medicine in Manhattan.
